Programme Aims
The programme provides students with basic knowledge and skills for the daily operation of property management assistant. In addition, the Centre will collaborate with accredited examination and training institutions to assist eligible trainees in preparing and applying for the Security Personnel Permit (SPP)*. This initiative aims to lay a solid foundation for their future career development.

*Trainees applying for Security Personnel Permit (SPP) must be at least 18 years old and meet the requirements of the “Criteria for Issuing Security Personnel Permit”.
