Learning Exchange with Changsha Rainbow Disability Service Centre

On 9 November 2023, staff members from Changsha Rainbow Disability Service Centre, together with their students, visited Shine Skills Centre for a learning exchange.  Shine introduced the services provided to the visitors and arranged a tour of our training workshops, as well as sharing of the operation of our vocational assessment services.  The students expressed their gratitude to Shine for our efforts in the vocational development of people with disabilities.
