The Shine Skills Centre cum Senior Secondary Adapted ApL Course Graduation Ceremony 2023 was successfully held on 15 December 2023 at the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Haking Wong).  There were two sessions of the Ceremony with Mr. Raymond CHEUNG, Chief Curriculum Development Officer (Special Educational Needs) of Education Bureau, and Dr. James Joseph LAM, Chairman of Vocational Training Board for People with Disabilities, as our Guests of Honour respectively.  They presented the certificates to the graduating students and encouraged them to showcase their strengths and create their own future. 

In the Ceremony, Letters of Appointment were also presented to our honourary Programme Advisors for the 2023-25 Cohort, and Shawn-Shine Scholarship to our outstanding student awardees.  One of the most unforgettable moments for Shine students was the video sharing of happy memories of graduates which captured the wonderful snapshots of their participation in various learning activities.  Besides, the student performance of percussion by Kwun Tong Centre, handbell by Pokfulam Centre, and luminous dragon dance by Tuen Mun Centre won them a big hand from the audience.

Graduation Ceremony 2023 was the first joint ceremony held by Shine after the pandemic and it certainly impressed all the guests, students and parents.  Let's wish the graduates shine brightly on their future paths, and give our heartfelt thanks to all participants!
