Shanghai Disabled Persons’ Federation Visiting Shine Skills Centre

Representatives from the Shanghai Disabled Persons’ Federation visited the Shine Skills Centre (SSC) for a meaningful exchange.

 

Shine introduced Hong Kong’s Vocational Training and Employment Support Policies for persons with disabilities, and shared programmes and services offered by the Centres, the Shine Vocational Assessment Service and the Shine Technical Aids and Resource Centre. The representatives also toured the Training Workshops in SSC(Kwun Tong) to gain a closer understanding of the training environment and students’ learning experiences.

 

This exchange strengthened experience sharing and collaboration between Shanghai and Hong Kong, laying a strong foundation for future efforts to advance skills development and promote social inclusion for persons with disabilities.
